How do you manage multiple stars allegiance ?

I found that those distant stars has low allegiance . How do you improve on them ? Or conquer my present star and then relocate my capital ?

If culture is a problem than you will have to use capital ships to counter it until you can get a foothold. The allegiance will always be low though.

True, but watch it can make you more vulnerable to an attack from the star.

Also note that culture goes through the star. Place your capital next to your own star, and it'll help spread to the other stars.
