Customizable UI mods?

I play the game at 2880x900 resolution, using 2 screens, and i would really like to move my UI over to the left screen, and just have the right screen be part of the view.

There's been customizable UI's for most MMO's, and EVE is natively customizable, what with the movable windows.

I'm pretty sure this should be possible, anyone have anything?

This is beyond the capability of modders and probably will be for the foreseeable future. You could hack around it by expanding the window to the other monitor in windowed mode and then modding it, but that would look ugly, not span well, and would be a waste of time. The way it's handled in most games (i.e. WiC) is treating both monitors as separate display and rendering components on them accordingly - something that requires changes to the engine.
