Where is the 'properties' button for deskscapes

I think I've seen it once and never again or maybe it's called 'performance' not sure anymore.

After you select the DeskScapes Animated Wallpaper you should see all your dreams. Under that are the settings.

Have you selected a Dynamic dream? Or video?
What build of DS? (I've not upgraded to the latest beta)

I click the right mouse button, go to 'personalize' than 'desktop background', I see all the themes I have and on the bottom I see what I already mentioned, no button anywhere. I have a Dream running all the time.
