big problem with 2.0?

The "preview" is only a demo that plays the 3 dreams that comes with it. I'd suggest going back to the previous version you had installed.

I can't even use 3, just 1. There is no link to purchase any version. Free dreams won't even play. When I try to play even a free dream it will not allow me and asks to click the "purchase" button which doesn't work. Go to the main site, click "purchase", nothing more but downloadable dreams I can't use because I can't even buy it.I love windowblinds but i'll pass on this

Are you using vista ultimate. I used 2.0 and none of my dreams worked. Later i read that 2.0 is for basic up to home premium. I uninstalled and put back on version 1.02. Everything back the way it were now.

There seems to be some misunderstanding here.

The public beta of deskscapes will only play the three dreams it came with.  It will not play any other dreams.

This is why it does not play free dreams or purchased dreams.  It will just play the included ones.

How do you go back to the previous version?

If you archived via SDC  . . there it is.

As long as you have a current Object desktop subscription you can uninstall the 2.0 preview, then open up stardock central and install the version that shows under Object desktop.

That version is not the preview. It looks like it came out of beta the other day. Install it and give it a shot...it works fine on my systems.
