He was talking about the Fleet Logistics upgrade it seems to me. "Hovering around 0." It sounds like he just never figured out how to upgrade his fleet supply.

Well, in that case, he should have explained it better. The 'fleet number' he stated doesn't exist in-game. All he had to do was hover his mouse over it and write down the exact name. People like that I have very little time for, like all these 'open' questions that are being asked at the moment: Explain the GameInfo folder, explain how to change ship stats, explain how to *Insert very broad range of Modding here*, etc...

I remember a post quite a long time ago; "What files do I need to edit to change the Max Ships?" Failing to specify a Race or what ships, I gave a considerable long list of all the files he needed to change. Needless to say, I didn't hear from him again.

I hope this helps the OP, and sorry to go off on a rant then. Not aimed at anyone in particular, just being grumpy today I think (:(

Maybe...but I don't know if we should let a guy whos name sounds like an automatic weapon vent.
