EBgames delivery problems - WARNING

Has anyone in Eurpoe ordered GalCiv from the US? Can I order it in Europe directly?

I wanted the printed manual, so I chose to order from EBgames at 35 dollars + 30 dollars freight (crazy!!! but I though it was a superfast overnight service and went for it...). That was on the 23 april, and GalCiv was in stock. My order status is still ON HOLD now 5 may... they claim to be checking my creditcard on the order status... That should take no more than 10 seconds, so its bullshit. I have no idea what they are doing, and they dont answer my mails...

Can anyone suggest another company, as EBgames sucks bigtime?

It can take foreeeeeeeeever but in the end you will have it

Not sure if futureshop.ca ships to Europe, but you can check them out. Canadian site, and with the exchange it may be cheaper.
