minor races dipolomacy screen

It appears that 1.03 gets 'lost' after dialog with minor race, shows last major race when returning to diplomacy screen

This is an old bug going back since I started playing the game. It and the mismatching of minor race pictures aren't game breaking, but they're annoying.

Also, your subversion/espionage spending gets copied from major to minor, and vice versa, when you change between their respective diplomacy screens. This is not just annoying, it does cost you money, if you overlook it, and can even lead to a war!

Espionage and Destabilization doesn't apply to Minor races.

Maybe their should be a total races at war graph (under the minor race menu?) too with all the minor and major races in it ...with
alliance lines, trade lines, and war lines.
