No, you'll need to use Boot Camp or play on a PC.

Whats Boot Camp? And by the way I have PC, im juust asking for my friend who has a mac and really likes the game.

Boot camp allows you to run another OS (hint: windows) within mac, but I believe only on the Intel CPU based macs.
