What numbers do i put to make ai reaserch last?

i want test some techs out that counter each other so how do i make the ai not pick it and pick a differnt one. i noticed that the numbers 1 -40 go into the ai section of the tech. witch is the get frist witch is get last.

Well a glance at the tech tree file (Gctech.tech) reveals that the highest AI numbers are for the starting "theory" techs (Communication Theory = 20, Defense Theory = 40, etc.) and the military techs (Battleship techs range from 40 to as high as 60!)

Inversely Stellar Cartography has an AI of... one (1)

So it may be going out on a limb, but I would say that the AI tries to research / acquire techs with higher numbers over lower ones.
