V1.00 and V1.03 incompatible Save Games?

Just installed update....Is there a conversion program?

I just installed V1.03 and now all my previous Save Games say Incompatible Save File....that sucks....

Is there a conversion program?

Nope, that's not possible as too much data changed. In general, patches invalidate previous save games - so you're aware for the future

It should be mentioned in the patch notes as well.
