PLEASE CONTROL: Icons + Pngs without permission

I know the Ken Saunders artwork most of all I'm in contact with him and in this period he is not very well... I noticed that the "Firefox Midnight" icons uploaded today were just skins already made by my friend only with some colors filter applied (4 stars rating !!) The "author" didn't mention any permission not even after my request, following his link I found the same "Firefox Midnight" upload in the Object Dock Gallery on Nov. 29 2007 (more then 4 thousands downloads !!) Please provide links to the original artwork and the new artwork as WC and someone will investigate.

In the future, please PM or email a mod so that these types of things can be handled privately in case there is a mistake.
