Cannot Register On Stardock Central

I have been trying to use the Stardock Central area to download updates for Galactic Civ. I have registered my software (bought from EB) on the web site, created accounts with GalCiv, and Stardock, but when I try to update the main GalCiv program on Stardock Central it tells me that my email address is not the same address as their records show. It is the same address that I used to register with, and I was able to download the actual file from the GalCiv site (which requires my e-mail and CD Key). I have installed and reinstalled the game and Stardock Central, but to no avail. When it sends me a e-mail to show me my registration numbers, there are no numbers, but it comes to my address, but it does not list that I own GalCiv or my CD Key (just a note, I have verified that the info for registering on Stardock Central is correct).

Any help you can offer is appreciated, and if you require further info do not hesitate to ask.

OOP's. I almost forgot. I have patched GalCiv up to 1.02.049, and I have downloaded the extra files from SDC, but it will not show me that it has a version 1.03 available for download. If someone out there has it, could you please e-mail me with it. I would appreciate it so much. Thanks.
