Gal. Civ registration

I purchased Gal. Civ. at CompUSA. I installed it and also registered it via the link from the installaltion program.
I already have StarDock Central and tried to enter my registration info by double clicking Registration Info and entering
the data, however, I keep getting "invalid serial number ..."
I'm using the number (CD key) on the jewel case and I've tried changing the zero to capital "oh". I've written tech support and haven't received an answer.
Any sugeestions? :notsure:

May a "l" and "1" problem. (L and 1).

This is a maybe again.

There are two different registration fields; one for the Drengin Net version and one for the GalCiv Standalone version.

Are you entering your Reg# into the correct one ?

I believe the letters need to be all caps as well. Worth a try if you didn't at least.
