vista newbie asking how / where to dl WP,cursers,etc. XP just dl to folder..CursorXP, wallpaper,etc. I don't see a "run" option only "find-save"

You can download cursors to anywhere. Just double click the cursor file and it will install.

Wallpapers you can put where you like. I have mine in Documents > Pictures > Wallpaper. Makes it easy to find them if they are all in one place.

cursors and skins here need necessary software to work

wallpaper should not have a run option anyway, it's basically download to your folder of choice then apply as normal
