Merely April-time

Have you ever heard a single drop of rain

Fall, fall, fall

Calling:

"Shwahh... Splot!"

Summer is so close

The sunshine is blushing all day long

I can taste the air open up

and smile again

And our lungs aren't quite so tight

and the safe structures are torn down

no longer needing protection,

from the winter wind burn.

No need for structured isolation

And the snow in our hearts, mine to be more exact

has melted!

Please don't fall hard on me sunshine

I can see that look of maybe-love in your beautiful eyes

And you are too wonderful a being

Please

Its been such a

strange

Brutal

winter.

Surely you see

my heart is not whole

and quite pale, I'll burn all too easily

And my heart is encased in a single rain drop

I would ask you to catch me

I know you would

But Then

that look in your eyes..

I'd need you

You'd fill up my heart even more

and share your spoonful of Vitamin D

Life is delicate

and love is tenfold of this measure

You are terrifying

mesmorising

too good

too over-my-head
