Enemy Lock teams not working

Yeah, so I've been playing against 4 AI's, putting them all on the same team and locking the teams.  However, for some reason they still tell me to do missions, and even go so far as to offer me cease fires and peace treaties.  I even saw some of them attacking each other.  What's going on?

I'm also using the graphics mod and uzii's mod but i'm not sure if that makes a difference.

Have you reloaded an old save after locking the teams?

There's a bug fixed for the next patch that unlocks the teams after a saved game with locked teams is loaded. If the teams are properly locked you will get no missions and all options will be grey in diplomacy.

mm no I don't recall reloading an old save after locking the teams. Is there a way I could find out in game what the exact settings are?

Quit out of the game completely and reload. You can change all the options on the load screen. It also fixes that 'bug'. You just can't reload while in the game itself, or it'll unlock again.
