4/4 release broke Windowsblinds build of 3/31

I let Impulde update My Colors tonight, 4/4. and it seems to have broken Windowblinds. MY Colors prompted to reboot and I clicked yes. After that Widnow blinds would not load, thugh I could roll back to Aero withouta problem. I romve My Colors and still no luck so then I removed WQindowsblinds and reboots. Then reinstalled WB. And still it no longer applies any skins. Just grey old Windows.

Anyone else see this? What gives?

And then to add insult to injury, Windowsblinds will not activate even though I have an ODNT subscription. So even though it reinstalled I cannot use it.

Same problem with 2 computers under Vista.

Temp solution:
1. WindowBlinds already installed (6.09g[b].135)
2. Unload WindowBlinds or use Aero skin
3. Update MyColors (> 2.01.193)
3. Reboot
4. Rename WindowBlinds folder to WindowBlinds.back (C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock)
5. Uninstall WindowBlinds
6. Reboot
7. Open Command prompt (Run as Admin...)
8. sc delete WindowBlinds
9. Install WindowBlinds 6.09g[b].135 > Don't reboot
10. Delete WindowBlinds folder and rename WindowBlinds.back to WindowBlinds (C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock)
11. Click 'Run' and reboot (Confirmation screen)

That's it! Work fine without any problem > WindowBlinds 6.09g[b].135 + MyColors 2.01.193 under Windows Vista Ultimate and Home Premium.

Whew, glad it wasn't just me (not that I'm wishing ill on anyone ;) )

I had to go back to default everything, uninstall MyColors, reboot, do a reg scan, reboot...

Hummm, unable to reproduce this problem under Windows XP. This bug affects only Windows Vista.

Snap- broken here under vista (64) too. Have rebooted several times and run WB - nothing.

Next step is trying WB uninstall.

NOT HAPPY!
