Online Strategy Guide?

The only thing that kept me playing MOO3 for more than an hour was a brief "quick start" strategy guide posted by one of the beta testers. It gave me a basic understanding of how to play the game, and held my interest for at least a couple more hours.
Anyone know of a "how to" for Galactic Civilizations?

The Survivor Guide is a "quick start" strategy guide of sorts. There should be an icon for it in the same program group as Galactic Civilizations. There is also some useful information in the Encyclopedia (link at top of galciv.com) and this forum of course! ;)

We're all too busy playing to write a comprehensive strategy guide. Maybe Stardock can introduce a fatal bug into some future update and prompt us to do some writing instead ;)

Sorta OT but I was wondering something. Since this game is such a successful piece of software, does anyone think that maybe Prima, Brady, or Sybex will publish an "Official" strategy guide? I know it MAY be a problem with the many super updates that we get. I do think it would be cool. Also, any of you great writers out there ever thought of writing fan fiction? I've always found it kinda emmersive to read that kinda stuff!
