I CAN PLAY !!!

Yes folks - despite my anxiety - I can play GalCiv with my P2-333/256Mb (I know time to upgrade) :) That is I've played a couple of games up to 250 turns or so, on large maps and didnt see any problems nor any significant slowdowns. I don't know how it goes in the last stages of the game yet though - still it's better than having this great game sitting on my desk without being able to play it.

Anyhow a few comments and questions.

-Is there a way to change the Terrans banner/flag ?
-Is there a way to rename planets (not stars) ?
-Is there a way to edit the Sol System (add planets )?
-Is there an editor guide to mod - with guidelines and variables ?

I don't know about the banner, altough I wouldn't imagine it would be that hard to mod.

I don't *think* so, but I'm usually happy with the default names, so I haven't explored this much.

The Sol system is randomly generated each game.

Not that I'm aware of, but I wouldn't be surprised to see one appearing soon.

Oh I forgot to ask - where can I get the 1.01A patch ? In the download section there's only the 1.0 patch with bonus pack. I doon't have the Drengin thing or Stardock Central - I bought my copy retail.
