Iconpackager 3.1 enhanced won´t run on windows xp x64

Hello,i have installed the 3.1 enhanced edition but when i try to run the 64 bit application it says "the application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.Reinstalling the application may fix this problem",what can i do?,i want my icons but i´ve reinstalled several times and nothing changed please help me.

3.1 doesn't have x64 support. The next update to the version 4 beta should have x64 support.

What do you mean it doesn´t have x64 support?,i´ts there in the webpage it says that the enhanced edition does work under windows xp x64,maybe i´m wrong.
Has it been released yet?

This is copied from the IconPackager website. Look at the very first requirement.

System Requirements:
Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista (32-bit)
50MB free drive space
256MB RAM
Languages Supported: Danish, English, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish
Note: The interface has been localized for these languages, but the documentation and help (where available) will be in English.

I don't believe there is any. The beta is available to ObjectDesktop subscribers.

Yes, current version is 3.99c[b].058, but I don't believe this version has x64 support, the next update should.

Betas aren't listed on there, they're listed in SDC/Impulse for ODNT subscribers.
