Where can I find the survival guide?

I downloaded the demo and I can't seem to find the survival guide. Can someone direct me please?

I have it on my P.C. from the install, the path is:

c:\Program Files\Strategy First\Galictic Civilizations\gc_quickguide.html

I also thought it was an option form the start menu.

Yes, but if he has the demo, I don't think that a manual was included with it so it wouldn't be on his hard drive.
