Modding Starting BC in TotA?

Is there anyway to mod the starting Credits you get in ToTA? 3000 is just to low for me. It makes the beginning go a hell of alot slower. I'd prefer to have 5000 like in dark avatar.

It's not doable for the base game, but you may be able to through a custom map or scenario, I can't remember.
