Clock, Explorer Buttons?

Somthing weird I noticed.. The skins somtimes show skinned clocks, explorer buttons and other things.. When I apply the skin those things don't change for me.. The only thing that changes are the task bar, window edges, fonts, right click menu's.

Im on Vista Ultimate 32bit with WindowBlinds 6.09q.[b].135 (beta)
I also paid for the program.. It's not the trial.

Any Ideas?
