Thanks.

No fish...

I recently read an article here by one of the Stardock dev's about their stance on piracy.  I liked this stance so much, that I decided to check out some of their games and apps, with the thought that this is the kind of game company I would like to support with my consumer dollars.

Gal Civ 2 Gold Edition, ObjectDock, and WindowBlinds (trial), are now on my PC.  Sins of a Solar Empire is definitely on my list, right after my new PC upgrades come in.  I am not trying to give anyone a lube job here, but to be quite honest, my interest in PC's and PC Gaming has been rekindled thanks to these guys.

Cheers.

Welcome to the stardock cult...I mean community. I am very excited that they are now starting to get the attention they have deserved for quite some time. Come join us in IRC chat sometime. Stardock guys are usually on most week days and are always willing to answer questions.

If you have ever wanted to lay an immersive RTS game, Sins will treat you right.

Uh, you know, I really like Sins but I'm not quite that emotionally involved as to have intimate relations with it. heh

Check out Sins' demo first, it's not for everyone. I wish someone had told me that, suffice it to say.

I was much more involved with Sins during the BETAS, it is a great game, and I try to get 1 full game in a week. It runs even better on my new PC.

Tried the Sins demo.  Looks awesome on my new rig.  It'll have to wait, though, seeing as how I'm still very much into Gal Civ 2 at the moment.
