Help I cant get my serial code

Please help I bought the digital dfownload version yesterday morning and have recieved an email to my address from paypal showing the purchase.  However I have not recieved an email with my serial number and when I check under my registartions it shows that I have no games registrered.  I have even recieved this email from stardock

'If there are no serial numbers listed in this email, we have no products
registered to this email address. Email [email protected] with any
questions.'

Which I have done to no reply.

Try requesting serials using your paypal email rather than your SDC/forums email, if they're different. If that turns it up, you'll need to get an account merge from [email protected]. If you did have the same email all around, then please bear in mind that paypal orders can still take a bit to process even after paypal says the money has been sent.

Sales works normal office hours on weekdays. You should get a reply tomorrow when they return to work.

Maybe your entering one of your letters or numbers wrong like o looks like 0.

I also have this problem, I bought the game this morning and have not recieved an email with my serial number, when I use the thing to retrieve my numbers I get an email with previous games bought ut not the latest one.

Guess I'll have to wait and email em tomorrow, bit annoying.

I have exactly the same problem, did you purchase before registering at stardock? That's what I did and I suspect it's why I haven't been able to register and download it.

I'm in the same boat with you guys. Bought game, no registration email. For some idiotic reason I didn't link the purchase to my SDC account, but all the email details are correct afaik. I'll just sit tight and hope we all get joy when they are back in the office.

Checked my email this morning. Everything good! The game has finished downloading and I just need to finish work and I'll be into it. Thanks very much for a speedy resolution to this, keep up the good work  :D
