May have found 2 bugs

Using the latest beta 6b, I'm still experiencing some strange ingame AI behaviour...

This has already been posted I guess, but still...
GameSetttings: Small Map, 5 opponents(terran, drengin, korx, altarian, torian), with/without mod

1. If I start a new game, meaning starting TA from windows, the chance is high, to get the terran, altarian and korx AI working, ie. they do not only build spaceminers but ALSO warships...
Starting a new game from within TA(2nd time), there is a high probability that the 3 AIs don't work as intended. This may be subjective, but its my observation...
Sometimes the AI "wakes up" after loading a save game.
Does the AI adapt to human player? eg. if human player ddon't build any ship until late, these AI will not as well. I got the feeling, the AI woke up, when I built some ships --> raising military might.

2. When being allied, and in war, if the opponent makes peace with your ally, then you'll get also a peace treaty--sometimes. Sometimes the diploscreen shows up, sometimes it does not but then not even a message is displayed. The same applies when your ally enters a war.

Do you have a saved game from before your ally de peace that would reproduce what happened?  We had it happen once here but are unable to reproduce the precise situation that caused it.  If you do have a save, please zip it and send it along with your debug.err file to [email protected].  That would help us to find the bug more quickly.
