Convert hd mov to dreamscene

I have a cheap Aiptek HD 1080P Camcorder.  I'd like to use it to make Dreamscenes.  The problem is the output is an HD MOV file.  Is there a way to convert it to a dreamscene and maintain the resolution it was shot in?

There is plenty of software available to convert video files.  A quick google search will come up with many results for .mov to .wmv or .mpg converters.

Adobe premiere will take mov in, then you can export as AVI, MPEG, or WMV

While they work OK for regular video, you will find that the lens design does not create video of high enough quality to create good dreams from.

One thing to be sure to do, use a tripod when shooting scenery.
