CAN TERROR STARS MOVE?

Does anybody know if terror stars can move or not?
Thanks.

It would suck to build it and have it unable to move at all... LOL

Yes, but its a paltry 1/turn. SB modules don't affect it, but there is a bug involving fleets that get it up to 6/turn

Yes they can, one parsec per month. Slow, but deadly!
