Metaverse Submission problems
Sorry for the headaches.
Kokeaux - You first game is submitted under the playername of bb413
Berserk74 - Your game was originally submitted under the playername of Tactical Providence. Once a game is submitted under a player name it cannot be resubmitted under a new player name. So even though later you retried to submit it with the player name of Berserk74 it will not save because it was saved under a previous playername.
BearCave - If you still have a saved game just replay the last bit of the game and resubmit it. I suggest you ugrade to ver 1.05.070 first.
Alzandrion - Looking at the data you are submitting there is a problem with the actual data. I can't tell for sure but it appears that you have entered a comma in either your playername or your email address. If this is the case, the extra comma is corrupting the data and I cannot properly parse it. If you are entering a comma in either your playername or email address please try removing it.
Drizzt - I'm not sure what the problem is. I did not receive any data. I suggest you email Cari at [email protected] and ask her if she has any ideas.
RayChua - Thanks for reporting the problem with the versioning. Brad just posted a new build that will submit the proper version and therefore will not be recalculated by the metaverse.
RedShift8 or anyone else who has posted a score with ver 1.05.069 - Scores submitted with this version had the wrong build number therefore the scores were being recalcuated on the server side (thinking it was build 1.04400). If you resubmit those scores with ver 1.05.070 they should show up with the correct score.
Berserk74 - Your previous game that was submitted under a different playername cannot be resubmitted. But for any new games just enter in Berserk74 for your Player Name on the submission screen and that will do it.
Hurley - We had some sporadic downtime with the server over the weekend. Its possible you tried submitting a game while the server was down. Please try again.
Machael Casey - It appears that your games are posting properly.
Parable - I help you out via IRC. But just so others know, the ad blocking software MagicKillah Adblocker was preventing GalCiv from sending its data to our servers. Disabling that fixed the problem.
