Alliance Victory Question

All the remaining major races are my Ally. I eliminated the Yor when they were only Friendly because the Alterians asked for my support. Now there are no major races who are not an Ally. But victory eludes me (though the system says it is 100%).

The Alterians ARE at war with a minor race (which I can not find), but would that stop me from winning?

What exactly are the necessary conditions?

umm, it shouldn't....

If you are allied with all the major races and the Yor have no planets left, it should have ended the game the turn after you were allied with all the alive major races. And you're sure that Alliance Victory is enabled?
