Can't Install ANY Icons!!

Ok, Every time i try to install any of the Icon packs, I get either one of 2 errors. The First one is "Error:No Icon Package was Found in File. Please Try again with Different file". And the Second error i get is "There has been an error Loading the 'Alpha' Icon Package. Please re-install The package and try again" I been having issues for the last 3 days, ever since i got the program, and have tried about 6-7 different packages. Only ones that will work are the default ones that came with it and the ones I Downloaded from Nvidia site.... 
P.S. It's Iconpaker 2.50 if that helps at all...

IconPackager 2.50 is a really old product. It is likely a lot of packages will not work with that version. There was a major update at 3.0:-

from the release notes


Please note that IP 2.9x and IP 3.0 are using an updated file format
that cannot be read by IP 2.5. There is an option when uploading icon
packages to WinCustomize to note that it requires IP 3 or later.
