What is the effect of destabilization on the human player?
I just beat my first game, and there was one time where my recorded income was wrong. Is that an effect?
Also there was a period where my income fluctuated by hundreds of bc every turn. I had to alternatively reduce and increase my expenditures to compensate or go into debt.
Is this destabilization occurring?
