The one which was existing in V 3.20: to be able to recolor a package with IconDevelopper and save it as a new IconPackage ...  :(

That would appear to be a feature of ID, not IP.

cannot use any version, but the version am talking about is the 3.99.146 on impulse it says icon packager 4, are we to wait a little longer for ip4 to come out.
