I am sorry my friends, but the day of reckoning has arrived. It’s time for me to leave JU. I leave begrudgingly, as I have many friends here within the community, however, it has been decided already by the admins that I am a toxic user, and the name Muggaz only incites hatred and hurt upon other blogger’s within this upstanding e-neighbourhood.

It came straight from the horses mouth - “You are confined to your own blog because of the effect you have on people. Why can't you get the hint?” I guess I am too daft for the intellectually superior of this site, because I didn’t get the hint. I was under the impression my articles were valued, and as a person I was respected. I only have myself to blame for this naivety, damn being an idealist.

I wonder if that is why the blacks of Johannesburg were confined to the ghettos, because of the way they made the white people feel, or was it because it made the white people feel better? I refuse to be treated as a second class citizen by a subordinate on a power trip. I am not a second class citizen in life, and I will not let any moderator on an internet site treat me as such.

I am a free and happy spirit, and whilst the confines of my blog was apt punishment for telling the moderators to learn how to moderate – which I apologise for profusely, I simply think it was covering a hidden agenda to accentuate a basic human characteristic – abuse of power to suit ones personal itinerary. The double standards are sickening, I will leave on my own terms before they have the satisfaction of banning me.

Sure, as far as the effect I have on people goes - I make young and older woman alike weak at the knees with my wit and charms, and I am admired amongst many for my provocative yet jovial attitude, however, certain members of this community will not be happy until I relinquish my position on this site – they have their wish, I wonder if their will be celebratory blogs like when my good friend Sir Peter Maxwell was banned? A truly dark day for JoeUser.

To my friends I have made over the past year or so, I will keep writing some place, I wish it was here, alas, I am not welcome. – JoeUser has unlocked a passion for the written word I never thought I had, and it would be a shame to let that passion die. I actually plan on going to Uni part time to study journalism, in spite of what some may say, I can see the positive effect I have on people when I write, and no one, moderator or not, can tell me otherwise.

In all sincerity, I thank Brad for putting up with me after some really nasty initial encounters, for those of you lucky enough to conform to the masses, JU is a great service, and I hope many of you continue writing and sharing with the world who you are. I can be emailed here and when I do come to the USA (if they let me in!) I hope I am welcome to look some of you up.

Before the detractors start, I know I have many, this was no attempt at drama, I merely cannot exist in a community where I am treated as such and thought to have a negative effect, If I affected anyone negatively at any stage, I sincerely apologise and hope you learnt as much out of the interaction as I do when someone effects me in an adverse fashion.

Finally, If I have learnt anything in my 22 years on this earth, you never say never… does this mean Muggaz could return? It certainly does, of course it would probably be circumstantial, heck, I would post an article tomorrow if I thought I was welcome, but right now, I simply cannot exist while I am demonised by the powers that be.

I am not a victim, I am your friend - I brought this upon myself, and I will remedy the situation myself.

Muggaz and I had our disagreements. In fact, I'd go so far as to say he didn't really like me that much, and the most that was ever between us was admiration.

But he's been THE most influential writer on this site, with the obvious exception of Brad himself, practically since JU went public. The fact that he's gotten kicked off tells me something about the admins. If there was any voting, I'd get Karma off the board so fast it would make her head spin. I cannot and will not believe that this was even mostly Muggaz's fault, much less all, when Karma's track record is primarily condescencion and pettiness.

I'll probably get kicked off for the second and last time for saying this, but frankly, I don't care. I was just starting enjoy having a blog again, but even so I feel I have to cower to escape the watchful eyes of admins who don't have the wisdom to encourage the personalities that make their site worth visiting. Surely my lack of experience will be noted- Karma in particular is known for rehashing a point many, many times- but I would assert that what I am saying is merely common sense.

I don't need years of online blogging experience to say that Muggaz was good for this site. Muggaz, I'm sorry you're gone, and God bless you and your endeavors.

KarmaGirl- It was not my post or my blog and it is was not on the forums. You and I used to have some pretty good debates on here. But that changed. The last argument I was in with little whip, you gave us both a warning, but then went back to hers to say that you only issued the first warning to her because you did not want to be called biased.

Yes, so petty that I took his ban off after he emailed me earlier today.  Too bad that you aren't quick enough to actually check things before sticking your foot in your mouth again.  Dan, if you have such an issue with things here, why are you here?  I didn't ban you, remember?  Brad got sick of you and banned you.  Yet, you like to blame me.  I find that quite interesting.  What do you get out of trying to start some petty disagreement with me, anyway?  I just don't understand the mentality.

You posted it- so it's your post.  It doesn't matter that you didn't write it.  If you didn't support what was said, then you shouldn't have posted it.

No, I posted a warning *also* on her blog.  The point was that if I didn't, I would be told that I was biased because I only warned the two of you on your blog and not on hers.  Re-read it again.  You are wrongly interpreting what I said.  

For the record, I have had an email exchange with Muggaz.  I told him that I would take his ban off (which I did), and if he continued down a non-flame filled path that he would be welcome back on the forums.  It is his decision if he wants to come back.  The option is open.

There is a huge difference in the two.  Muggaz just screwed up.  He didn't intend for it to happened, and then sincerely apologized. I also let him know that there is no bias against him, and there will not be one when he returns.

SPM is not the same. He very purposely posted a very hateful article directed at the admins knowing what would happen.  He has not apologized to anyone for it, and I doubt he will.  He may say that he emailed somebody (or somebody emailed him) but it is all part of his little made up world.

The world is filled with enough hate.  We don't need to welcome it on this site.  The admins of this site function with the best interest of the site in mind.

I can see how it is important to follow admins and do what it comes to when those rules are in play, but at the same time, the trend of starting to ban people is BAD.

People who post regularily will get the impression that they might be next, even for showing support for Sir Peter and Muggaz. Personally, I found both to be funny and entertaining, and it is a shame that they will no longer be here to amuse people wiht good writing and wit.

Muggaz.... I'm saddened that you chose to leave...am deeply hurt personally that you chose to hook up with one of the most hate filled scum bags in existance. It is truly a great disapointment.

The last two comments are quite interesting.

Amitty is a homosexual who if Manopeace is being truthful, Sir Peter would abuse. But I quote Amitty himself from another thread

Would a “hate filled scum bag” apologize to a homosexual who took offense? I doubt it so this leads me to believe that there is a certain level of naivety and stupidity being shown here.

Sorry if you don’t like any of this but that is what it looks like to me, and I imagine most people reading this.

Not everyone lives in an English speaking country nor uses English as their first language. The purpose of this blogsite is to communicate with each other (which we do). You obviously spend enough time here to register as a user so we can know a little about yourself instead of lurking in the shaddows like a banned nobleman.

Grow up for fucks sake, you’re obsessed with this Maxwell character so much that you think anyone who doesn’t register is him. Are you so naive that you think sir peter maxwell is the only one who thinks you’re a dumb ass?

I’m from the US, which the admins will confirm if they take you seriously (which I doubt they do)

Maybe it will be third time lucky and in your next comment you will actually reply to my original comments instead of trying to change the subject.

Yes... this particular hate filled scumbag would apologise to a homosexual. He has consistantly lied about everything else in his comments so why not an apology which is nothing but a lie as well.

I am not obsessed with spm nor with any other blogger, but I do take offence to personal attacks like the ones you are throwing at me. I really don't care who you are, where you are or what you have to say. I will not respond to any more of your jibberish.

Sorry Little Whip, didn't know you had quit. Well done. I don't read your blog very often I'm afraid, no offence, so I didn't know. Before you start saying that I therefore shouldn't comment, the reason I don't read lw is because I maintain what I said that I think that the fuss over Muggaz is silly given some of what little whip says. She has a right I suppose, but I choose not to read it because I find it offensive.
