New Moral Start

Hi, the first thing I like to say is I love the expansion.

Now to my question. When starting a new game my moral started at 82% (taxes 33%)... Now in the previous games ie DA and the beta for TA moral started at 100%.... Now is this a new thing for Twlight? I am using a custom race with moral boost of 20%... I did uninstall the beta and deleted the left over files I found in my games folder. Now is this the new normal someone just reply so I can stop worrying about this. Thanks.

They did some changes to the morale boost given via the initial colony on homeworld planets.

I have the impression though that morale decreases slightly slower with increasing population. Not sure, but I had the feeling so far.
