You should get your email immediately and be able to download right away. If you used paypal or a different email address than you have DL/DA registered to though, you'll need to contact [email protected] to merge TA to that same account.

Ok so I sent in my change of email address then what? I can't believe stardock dosn't have a set of clear procedures on how to download their game after purchase online since we can't even buy it off the shelf. After I purchased it online, on my product order, theres a serial number which im guessing is the one for SDC which I have and been updating Galciv for many months now through it. Is this a new serial number I have to enter for SDC? It's all confusing, I should of be able to download it as soon as I purchased it and that my credit card has been approved? Do I download it through stardock central or stardock site? I guess I have to re-install SDC with the serial given to me? yes or no?

Once support has merged your accounts, you should just need to go and download TA in SDC just like you would an update for GC2 or DA.

What I want to know is when are our pre-order discs going to start being mailed.
