Bug and problem with Iconians

Amazing expansion, everyone involved should be proud.

Bug:  The Iconian building Precursor Library which gives 12 TP is coming up short when placed on a research bonus tile.  Instead of a bonus 12 TP when placed on a 100% bonus it is only resulting in a bonus 10 TP.  When placed on a 300% bonus tile only 30 bonus TP are given when it should actually be 36.

Problem:  Iconian economy IMO needs some serious balancing still.  Their buildings could use a bit as well.  To sum it up their buildings while powerful do not make up for the massive loss of bonuses from their tech tree compared to the other races - especially economic.  Yes the 50% economy building is rocking but in the late (on larger maps) game that barely matches other races minimum 45% economy bonus that is in their tech trees.  Plus the building takes up a precious planet tile and only one can be built; after that Iconians are stuck with seriously substandard buildings.

Solution 1:  Add back the three higher forms of governent to the Iconian tech tree.

Solution 2:  Add a 10% economy bonus to each of the three levels of economy buildings.

Solution 3:  Remove the one-per-planet restriction from the 50% economy blding, and make it untradeable tech.

In addition the Robotic Farm needs a serious tune-up (say 4 food for 2 bc) or an upgrade to it that gives 5 or 6 food for the same upkeep.

The upkeep cost of the Dream Conclave is a bit silly.

A cool race with a very different feel and playstyle though.

While they do lack in economics, they fully do make up in fleet strength. Just don't fill up your planets with buildings to cut corners on maintenance fees since they are more powerful and the loss of economical power becomes less evident. Just continue to keep a slim, yet potent, fleet of organic ships.
