...auto-saving of active Races!

Just want to make it official, somehow.

Dunno if anyone modding realizes it, but SD has just cut our editing tasks of the Total-Conversion raceconfig.xml file by a whole 90%+!

By automatically saving every race we select in-game(s) straight into the *../..documents../../.* root, the concatenation_append process is being indirectly spoon-fed to us.

There's a still a few 'strange' lines to analyze and yet, the potential is really great.

- (Portrait)&(Logos) takes the images source path into account; could be useful.
- (Ability##) are still listed -empty- while the CAPS receive the usual pre-defined (or altered within setting phases) values; could be VERY interesting to have down the road of further editing.
- Tags with the real race number as a reference, slap a new *Twelvy* and you got yourselves a custom all written up (alllmmmmooosst) for exploration and edits; darn crazy Typos, you said?!

I think i will certainly scrap a few readme mentions in X-Worlds cuz the 'warnings' are no longer needed.

And, create TRUE opponents the easier way (Wherever, btw).
