Anyone know what this is?

Playing TA and in the foreign relations screen under economy I see a huge number at the bottom of the stats that has no label. All the AIs have it and it is the same number, yet it isn't on my screen like this for my own civ.

The 697161188bc/week seems to have no connection to anything. Seeing as the AIs income is only 1602bc/week and you can see their expenses there isn't anything relative to that large of a number in the game.

I( don't know what that is, but I have seen something similar listed for my own abilities: some ridiculously huge percentage, but in my case with a caption like "Base Trade Routes" or something.

It was a bit confusing, but it didn't seem to actually have any effect on anything.

Didn't think about it till after the fact that this might should be in the bug report section. There may be some figure that goes there that has it's label missing and the number bugged. I did notice on succeeding turns that the number didn't change either.
