collector's edition out at retail

Today i went to my local ebgames, and i found a brand new copy of Sins collector's edition being sold. I thought the collector's edition will not being sold at retail.

Since now the collector's edition is out in stores, those of us who bought the regular editions in store, can we get purchase the extra content that came with the collector's edition online???

It's been in some stores since release, but only with limited availability. Most stores only carried the regular version.

IIRC there's the soundtrack CD/MP3s, tech tree poster, a promo poster, and the Sins desktop theme.
