How do I download Patches?

On a computer that does not have the game installed.

I bought the game a while back, but I never patched it. I just recently became interested in some mods, so I want to patch to 1.05. The problem is that my internet connection on my gaming computer is not very fast or reliable when downloading. Is there any way I can get patches without the game installed?

Thank you very much. But I have one question, do I first need to ubdate to 1.04? With Impulse, it says my installed version is 1.03, so will it patch completely up to 1.05?

All updates include all past updates in them. No need to install multiple patches.
