Enhanced graphics and campaign question

When is it estimated to arrive?

Hi again,

It's been a while since I posted and I basically came back to see if there's been any major updates yet. Yes you probably guessed it, I'm mostly waiting for the campaign and also some enhanced graphics updates.

So, basically, my question is:

Are there any news on when we will get either of these?

PS. I'd prefer it if any comments saying that they want or don't want a campaign simply didn't post at all here. DS.

You could also look around at all the threads that others have started asking about the campaign. :)

Short answer: it's planned for the Sins expansion. First, they'll be releasing patch 1.1 which has some new content though.

Yeah, its pretty much what Retro said. Until then it will be sandbox and multiplayer.

Good point though. I have quite a good PC and wondered if there was going to be enchanced graphics? Though i do love the game but it could look and be so much better.

I believe 1.1 is scheduled to have nicer textures, but I'm not 100% on that. I'm hoping so too, thats one of my favorite things about this game, looking in on the pretty battles.

There is an option to run the game at a higher resolution in the video menu. My comp is too slow to play everything on highest though...

This is not the modding forum, but you may wish to check out the work of two modders - Bailknight and lost_wld. They have collectively done some fairly significant upgrades to the visual effects and, with ParticleForge now released, are continuing to work on more. I find their work adds a nice touch of pizzazz to Sins' graphics.
