Cant install

Missing Mia.lib?

Well i recently bought Sins of a Solar empire and every time i try to run the install it says Setup.exe failed
Setup failed because file mia.lib cannot be found
Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem
Problem is it's not even installed so i cant reinstall and i've found the file, i cant find a single program to open it with when i explored the disc.
Help please

Did you previously have the demo? If so, uninstall it first before installing the full game.

nope. never downloaded demo, but never mind, i went back to store and got replacement, installed fine, great game, love it, dare i say i like it more than Civilization?
