3D Ships

I read in the post mortem artical that one of the regrets was not having the ship graphics be 3d eventhough the actual ships are rendered in 3d.

Are there any plans at all to show those ships in the expansion pak? Just curious.

You probably won't see any change in the ship angles in GC1. We would have to re-render and re-encode all the ships for all the races, and that's a LOT of render time.
