Bug, suggestion, question and compliment in here

Bug? 1:
I played galciv (retail version) for a few days, and really love the game. There is only one thing that annoys me a little (but it might be just me doing something wrong
). When I press turn, it sometimes happens that i HEAR explosions etc. but haven't got a clue where that explosion was. I am not sure if this is a bug, but if it is: would it be a nice idea to move your screen to the location where the fight is happening?
Bug? 2:
After installing the bonuspack I noticed that some mp3's have a distortion.... am not sure what is wrong.
Suggestion:
I read this in an other post, but a 'declare war' feature would come in very handy. I just want the option instead of having to attack a ship before I can declare war. A 'threat' would also be great.
Question:
I just downloaded and installed the bonuspack. Can i still continue my previous game? I hope so, because I think I have a good chance of winning.

Just very impressed with the way you guys (dev's) deal with problems and your 'users'. Keep up the great work.
