How come my Arecan friend has two "USS"-ships avail for deals? Can he build them or has he assimilated those ships without giving me any notice?

On the other hand, as posted in the other thread - I can trade off some Yor transporters

The USS ships in the posession of the other races (if you haven't traded any to them) come from Anomalies. Right now, they're all just set to USS Fortune or something like that...
