Key to forum honors icons (medals, etc)

Hello,

I am new to the forum and wanted to know what all the icons attached to the poster IDs mean (the medals and insignia). Obviously there are a lot of GalCiv veterans hanging around!

Over in the Metaverse section there is a legend link that details all of that. And also clicking on a member's name brings up that person's info screen and passing the cursor over the medals there also says what each means.

It doesn´t explain promotions (Captain) and access titles (Veteran), though. Anybody knows?

The access titles are assigned based on merit. If you've been helping the newbies and generally been helpful and that gets noticed by someone in charge (not me, so you don't have to send me chocolates and Mt. Dew) they'll promote you.
