The confused pedestrian

Here was this guy on the roof of a 80 story building looking around the city. When he looks down the side of the building, he sees a little red car park in front. He goes down 20 floors, looks out a window and sees the little red car but it looks bigger. He decided to go down another 20 floors, looks out another window and sees the red car bigger. Once again he goes down 20 floors, looks out a window and the car looks even bigger than before. Finally he goes all the way to the lobby, goes out the front door and walks up to the car and begins to hug and kiss the car. A pedestrian who just happens to be passing by notices the mans strange affection towards the car, stops and asked the man "why are you hugging and kissing that car?". The man happily replies to the pedestrian "because I've known it since it was little".
