Skinning help

I am trying to download Mac OSX Tiger Mod (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=3342&libid=31)] but I can't figure it out.  How do I bring it up in Windows Blinds?  When I tell firefox to open it in the program, it tells me that there isn't a .uis (or something) and it questions me if I am certain it is a Windows Blind skin.  Please help!

no uis is generally either a bad download or it's actually a zip with what you need inside

That's not a windowblinds file, it's a desktopx one. Only skins from the windowblinds gallery will work with windowblinds, just like only skins from the desktop gallery will work with desktopx. (surprised you missed that troll )
