I need a help... i download a visual style (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=6517&libid=1) but i don't know how apply this in my Windows Xp... Someone know? For god... help me!

it says in the information not to download the file if you are on xp...it will only work for vista. the artist provides a link for the older xp version on that page.

This is the XP version of Cylon. As this is a 'WindowBlinds' skin you need the WindowBlinds program to load it.
